Say goodbye to first world tech woes like oppressive low batteries and limited ports. Say hello to an easier, smarter life. The design of the keyboard is very unique and looks very nice for being able to type while on the run So how does it perform? That’s what this review intends to show you, so read on….
Info:
Product Name: Anker® Bluetooth Folio Keyboard Case for iPad 4 / 3 / 2
Provider: Anker®
The Review:
So I’ve reviewed a few different bluetooth keyboards in the five years I’ve started my reviewing career (can I call it a career?) I have always like folio cases when it came to protecting my iPad and recently reviewed Anker® TC940 Ultra-Thin Keyboard Case / Cover for iPad 4 / 3 / 2 – Smart Cover and Built-in 800mAh Lithium Battery while I liked that product today’s review Anker® Bluetooth Folio Keyboard Case for iPad 4 / 3 / 2 is the improved version which I will go into the compare in the video below to show you the differences
The keyboard comes with a mini USB- USB cable to charge and a user manual
So you might be thinking why on earth do I need this bluetooth keyboard well let me tell you the Anker® Bluetooth Folio Keyboard Case for iPad 4 / 3 / 2 is great for those who are always on the go and need a real keyboard to type on since I’ve noticed that typing on the iPad isn’t always the best I know when I need to rough type something like a post or an email I always prefer using a standard keyboard like the one found on my Macbook Pro.
Another cool thing about this keyboard is that just like all bluetooth keyboards you can use it on your Macbook or iPhone (but of course you can’t remove the keyboard from the case) All the ports are accessible but something I would of liked to seen was a power button but as I’ve been told by Anker The keyboard case will be on standby if it is not being used. At that time, the current will be only 0.1mA. If you have left it on standby for more than 10 minutes, the current will be only 60uA, which can be ignored. Generally speaking, the keyboard case is very power saving. This was good news to me as I hate having to charge a keyboard while typing finding a outlet is rare project when you are out
I used this product for a few weeks and I have to say I love the Anker® Bluetooth Folio Keyboard Case for iPad 4 / 3 / 2 as I said in the beginning of this post I have used other keyboards in the past most are bulky and the keys are small with this keyboard this is not true it’s just if I was typing on my macbook pro and if I haven’t said enough something that has made me smile is that theAnker® Bluetooth Folio Keyboard Case for iPad 4 / 3 / 2 which will last you up to 6 months based on only 2 hours each day so that means you charge this twice a year WHAT! OH MY (something George Takei would say)
Conclusion:
So yes Anker® Bluetooth Folio Keyboard Case for iPad 4 / 3 / 2 is an inexpensive bluetooth keyboard, but is it even worth it? I would say totally! So in all it’s not bad for a Folio Keyboard Case and I don’t think you will find any other product with the “smart on and off”and long-lasting battery at least I couldn’t if you are a person who travels alot you are going to respect this keyboard’s design when sitting in the terminal or on the airplane
The final score averages out to be a 10 out of 10,
