One of the very first cases I reviewed or used on my iPad when I got it years back was from Switcheasy and love it  of course there were others but one thing that was nice was they always included “everything but the kitchen sink” which was a little joke promo between a few of us reviewers like Jaysworld77 it basically means that back in the day they used to include everything like screen protectors,dust caps  microfiber wipe while I was at CES 2014 I stopped by there booth to introduce myself to Zoltan who I remember as the marketing guy who helped me out in the past and is a nicest guy around He told me there’s some big changes happening whole rebrand of their products and new management he was telling me  which I found out a few months later with a better website  When I first got the iPhone 6 packaging I said WOAH totally different, simple to open but still reuseable like before There is no screen protectors but really that isn’t a big problem with me since I’ve moved on with glass only protectors  Today I am going to be reviewing the Switcheasy 0.35 iPhone 6

Switcheasy 0.35 is made from PP, an extremely flexible and scratch resistant thermoplastic polymer and lives up to its name: just 0.35mm thick the case weighs just 4g!

The case features cut-outs for:

  • Volume Rocker
  • Earphone jack
  • Speaker
  • Camera and Flash
  • Power Button

Once the case is on it has good scratch but as for drop protection this case might not do well with a light drop off a desk or bed so I didn’t want to test it basically this case is more of a carbon skin alternative but you have glass screen protector on the front of the device  which this case doesn’t comes with and that leads me to the front edge protection I can’t say it’s there like the Numbers case but if you got that glass screen protector on I can safely say  go ahead and lay your phone face down on the table without the worry that some of the screen will be touching the table also I’m not sure about the type of material PP it reminds me of  material a milk gallon is made from

Overall

After using this case for about a week , I the only fault is that it’s not for everyone only those who like the idea of carbon skin but without the sticker like feel But The case offers style and very light protection to your phone It goes great with the Apple design I had no problem taking the phone out of the case  This case only comes in a few colors to go with your style
