Info:

Product Name:  Anker® 2nd Gen Astro E5 16000 mAh External Battery Pack with PowerIQ™ Technology

Provider: Anker®

The Review:

I always got to have a power bank by me no matter where I am and this is a good practice for anyone because you never know when your phone or tablet could lose juice but with the amount of power banks out there on the market today which one do you choose there are lots and trust me I have reviewed a lot but recently I was offered Anker Astro E5 which uses ultra-high density cells, they’ve packed 25% more power into exactly the same sized unit as the Astro E4  this powerbank  easily fits in a pocket or bag for easy portability

Some of the best parts I liked about the Astro E5 beyond the design is it has a intelligent Power IQ which detects your device and adjusts the power according up to 3 Amps the powerbank has two USB slots and 1 Micro USB slot to charge the powerbank Now you might be asking ok I like it but how much juice can it hold well it can handle a lot enough for  one full iPad charge and was able to charge my iNew V8 Phone  The Powerbank has a flashlight which most external batteries are starting to feature in their products   and there is four LEDs that show remaining power: 1 LED indicates  less than 25%, 2 LEDs: 25%-50%, 3 LEDs: 50%-75%, 4 LEDs: 75%-100%.

The Powerbank comes with a mini USB- USB cable to charge and a user manual along with support card

I used this product for a few weeks and I have to say I love the Anker® 2nd Gen Astro E5 16000mAh External Battery Pack with PowerIQ™ Technology  as I said in the beginning of this post I have used other powerbanks in the past most are bulky and can’t charge an iPad and smartphone. What I have noticed when watching my iPad charge is the device charges quick in under 2 hours my iPad was charged I have yet to completely drain the battery pack I bet I could still charge a bluetooth headset too along with my iPad and smartphone

Conclusion:

So yes the power bank is priced right, but is it even worth it? I would say YES! if you want a to have a power bank that can charge both your smartphone and tablet together with no problem  The final score averages out to be a 10 out of 10, but that takes into account everything
