Well dedicated in brand image and product quality, Silicon Power has been recognized and well accepted by millions of end-users in more than 100 countries, becomes the world’s leading manufacturer of flash memory cards, USB flash drives, card readers, DRAM modules, solid state disks, and portable hard drives in less than a decade. the drive costs about $64.99 USD and comes with Free shipping so that’s all you will pay. So not bad for the price but how does it perform? That’s what this review intends to show you, so read on….
Info:
Product Name: Silicon Power S60 SSD
Provider: Silicon Power
The Review:
The packaging, is a simple box which show the portable drive thru a window at the front as well as some features and specs on the back
The S60 does have an identifying mark on it which is the Silicon Power logo on the top followed by the words Sata III and the amount of space that you ordered in my case this drive is 120gb drive which is more than enough space for a portable drive in my opinion. The SSD does come with an Instruction manual in English ,screws for mounting if needed
Conclusion:
So yes the drive is inexpensive for a SSD but is it even worth it? I would say yes I’ve used many hard drives and SSD drive’s and I have to say I love the speed but we need to remember this drive isn’t meant to be for the highest performance but as a entry level drive something you can use as a backup drive not for heavy gaming I was very happy with drive since the weight which is alot better then my Kingston drive as something I can attach to my router for extra space on my network
So in all it’s not bad for a Portable The final score averages out to be a 10 out of 10
