Joseph Jaconi has extensive business development and management experience with over 20 years in consumer electronics and packaged goods with an emphasis on international development and expansion. Joseph Co-Founded Tech Armor, the #1 Selling Screen Protector brand online and leading mobile accessory manufacturer with over 4 Million Units sold globally in just 2 years in over 30 countries globally.
Joseph began his career working for the University of Southern California in Madrid, Spain managing their Satellite campus before moving to Mexico City to work for the U.S. Embassy. He then entered the world of commerce joining the Singer Sewing Company in Mexico City and managing their Small electronics and appliance business unit before leaving to join Belkin in Compton, California in 1996. Joseph developed and managed product categories such as power protection products, wireless networking, and mobile accessories generating revenues in the $100’s of Millions before joining their Business Development Team. Joseph started Belkin’s international efforts in Canada, Latin America, Australia and the Middle East and created teams that exist to this day.
Joseph’s charitable efforts drove him to create several affiliate marketing startups that generated shopping revenues for charities including Mending Kids International, Healing Hands of Joy, Wounded Warrior Project, and Make-a-Wish Foundation (visit this link for more information). Sparking his passion for e-commerce, these charitable efforts lead him to return to the mobile space with an emphasis on e-commerce working extensively with Amazon, Rakuten, Bestbuy, Ebay, and Newegg to bring high quality products combined with stellar customer service to consumers, without the high prices found in Big Retail.
Joseph has degrees in International Relations and in Spanish from the University of Southern California, studied in Madrid, Spain and has taken additional coursework at UCLA. Joseph is married to his wife Linda of 6 years and has a son Joseph Jin and two dogs.

Eric Tong has a long career and proven track record in launching products with expertise in development, design, and go-to-market strategic planning and execution. He is currently focused on building startup businesses that are innovative, differentiated, and scalable. Eric co-founded Tech Armor, the #1 Selling Screen Protector brand online and leading mobile accessory manufacturer with over 2.5 Million Units sold in 2013 in over 20 countries globally.
Eric was the Vice President of Asia Pacific for Belkin Corporation with overall general management and P&L responsibilities for the entire APAC region. Prior to the international assignment, Eric was the VP of Product Management & Marketing globally for Belkin and helped Belkin grow to a $1B+ company. He was a visionary at Belkin by establishing internal competencies such as Consumer Insights, Industrial Design, and R&D and helped Belkin expand into new product categories such as wireless networking, digital media and mobile computing accessories, and a host of other products.
Eric is an entrepreneur by heart and is pursuing his dreams of owning his own businesses and, doing what he’s best at, launching products and services that consumers want.
Eric attended the Executive Program at the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and holds an MBA from Loyola Marymount University and a BA from SUNY Albany.
