Today I am going to review a bluetooth speaker from a company called Matrix Audio which was formed in Toronto, Canada by a small group of friends who shared a deep passion for innovation and consumer electronics.  With backgrounds in R&D, quality control, and manufacturing the team quickly began producing some of the world’s best quality portable sound solutions. Matrix Audio Ltd believes firmly that portable is something pocket-sized and not something you have to plan for in advance to take with you.  As a technology driven company we are constantly crossing into uncharted territories to stay one step ahead of the ever-changing landscape of today’s marketplace. Matrix Audio Ltd is currently distributed in over 30 countries across Europe, North America, Latin America, Middle East, and Asia. the speaker costs about $79.99 USD with about $5 USPS shipping so that’s all you will pay. So not bad for the price but how does it perform? That’s what this review intends to show you, so read on….

The Review:

The packaging, is a simple plastic see thru box which shows the Matrix Audio qube ² as well as some features about this speaker

The Matrix Audio qube ² does have an identifying mark on it which is the Matrix Audio logo on the right side where the power button and mini-usb is the power button is only able to be used with a thin pointed object like a key or paperclip  which I thought was odd anyways I liked that this speaker a lot since it’s made of a solid block of aluminum just like my Macbook  it’s easy to use now something I thought was cool was with the cable they give you to charge in the charge port you will also use this same wire and port as you would with a 3mm jack in any other bluetooth speaker interesting design for how that works if you are looking for a small tough speaker to take with you will love this speaker in my opinion…

The  Matrix Audio qube ² Bluetooth Speaker does come with an Instruction manual in English which tells you how to set up the speaker  micro usb adaptor/3mm cable  and a very nice carrying pouch which has a pocket for the charging cable

Conclusion:

So yes the Matrix Audio qube ² Bluetooth Speaker is priced a bit high but keep in mind you are getting a unique high quality speaker you won’t find no where else   So is it even worth it? I would say YES I’ve used many bluetooth speakers over the years  as I said before I like that this speaker since it’s very small and portable but with the sound of a larger bluetooth speaker I am glad to see a company thinking outside the box for the consumer to make a speaker for the users like me that carry out tablets or smartphones  I’ve used this speaker for listening to Pandora, movies on my phone and my local scanner

So in all it’s not bad for Bluetooth Speaker The final score averages out to be a 10 out of 10
