The Review:

The packaging, is an easy open black box which opens from side plastic shell packed inside is the hub which is easy to get out no twist ties to worry at the bottom is the  instructions,CD driver and return RMA tag and  on the box you will find  for retail purposes pictures of the hub as well  features and specifications

The hub does have an identifying mark on it which is Inateck logo on the front brushed metal  as well as the Set to connect icon,This portable hub is great for those who have a bunch of different wires plugged into your laptop but don’t want to keep unplugging and plugging them all back these way all the wires even the ethernet stay connected through one USB this product is also perfect for those users who don’t have an ethernet port and need one for work or maybe in a hotel that provides FREE ethernet but charges a fee for wireless even though I rarely use the cd’s that come with products this one I used just to be safe since it needs to program that the ethernet is coming from the hub and not the laptop  and the device isn’t just acting like a standard 3 usb hub you might need to download the latest the driver from there website if you are running a Mac I did this just to be on the safe side another quick tip make sure not to exceed a combined current of 5V 900mAh this hub is also USB 3.0 and also backward compatible  since I wasn’t able to find info on the warranty I would assume it would just be covered on a standard Amazon policy which is good too this hub indeed lives up to the fresh design in my opinion…

Conclusion:

So yes the hub could be considered a bit much for most budgets but is it even worth it? I would say YES if you don’t want to get a laptop docking station like the Plugable Dock The final score averages out to be a 10 out of 10,

PROS CONS
+ Priced well
+Made and Designed with care
+No need for a laptop docking station easy to slide into a carry-on
