Today I am going to review a bluetooth speaker called Bass Egg which is portable, rechargeable, wireless audio device that makes everything in your world a speaker! the speaker costs about $99.99 USD but could be lower as low as $60 depending on where you buy the product the speaker also comes with Free shipping if brought on Amazon, so that’s all you will pay. The Review:
The packaging, is a black box which shows a picture of the Bass Egg for retail purposes it sorta resembles apple’s simple style to packaging
The speaker does have an identifying mark on it which is the words bass egg This speaker indeed lives up to the neat design in my opinion…
The speaker does come with a very simple Instruction manual in English as well a miniUSB cable to charge and use for the line in function Another cool extra which is sold separately silicone egg skin so you can keep your speaker protected
On the back of the speaker you will find a place to put the included Mini-USB to charge the speaker as well the power switch which acts as Bluetooth, Aux and off , there are also two blue lights one on the left and right of the switch just letting you know if the speaker is in bluetooth or aux
Pairing
This speaker is very easy to pair just turn on your bluetooth setting on your device then turn on the speaker to the left
Sound Quality:
I used these for a few weeks and I found this speaker was terrific for using Spotify, watching YouTube videos my tablet and phone and from my Macbook I used this mostly to stream my spotify songs and found that the more hollow the object the better the sound
Conclusion:
So yes the speaker is expensive for most budgets, but is it even worth it? I would say yes if you want a bluetooth speaker but want something that you can show off your music in a unique way and you won’t break the bank then with some other same powerful speakers The speaker does seem well made and it does have features like good sounding bass as long as you keep the volume at a comfortable level, as well as dustproof besides the sticking pad which I found I had to wash a lot
So in all it’s not bad for a bluetooth speaker,But I think they could fix the problem with the sticking grip maybe use a stronger sticky that doesn’t get as dirty like something that is used in-car mounts The final score averages out to be a 9 out of 10, but that takes into account everything,
