I have always been a fan of keeping my phone powered up so when I saw there was a company that made products that sorta changed the way other charging companies produced there products I had to check it out  So I looked into the PowerBot® PB2680 w/ 8pin Lightening Charging Port  but how well does it work? lets find out…

At first glance, the battery looks very sleek and made for anyone with a smartphone . The outside is made of alumann and not plastic which is great bad if your outside since it might slip out of your hand. This product doesn’t come with too much to get you started you will have to provide your own lighting cable but I found it odd they gave a micro cable since there isnt a port for that and the only reason I could see you using that cable is if it had a android phone even if that was the case the cable is a bit too short for my liking. If you happen to whip this battery out while you have  your friends around don’t worry they won’t be able to keep their eyes off your phone , this battery will make your device feel like its kind of the castle but I dont like one thing with any battery you expect to know how much juice is left so you dont leave home with a empty battery there is a indicator light for charging and when its done  but that’s about it

Overall The PowerBot® PB2680 w/ 8pin Lightening Charging Port   is a bit over priced even with it being on sale at Amazon but I can over look this if small improvements were made like instruction booklet,lighting cable, and some type of indicator to tell if you are running low.if you want a cool looking slim backup battery and are only going to use in worst case scenarios  in your daily life then this is the  battery to get .
